Electronic RTV Silicone
AceAdhesive Electronic RTV Silicone is a one-part, room-temperature-curing silicone that seals, insulates and bonds electronic assemblies in one step. It goes straight from the tube with no mixing, is touch-dry in minutes and cures in 24 to 36 hours using moisture in the air. The cured rubber stays flexible from -40°C to 180°C, keeps out water and moisture, and will not corrode metal, glass or plastic. Choose from grades between 0.4 and 2.5 W/m·K, including a clear grade and thermally conductive grades that also draw heat away from LEDs, drivers and power components. It is ideal for LED lamps and modules, switches, relays, power supplies and control boards. All grades are RoHS compliant, and we develop custom grades for your application.
