Silicone Potting Compound
AceAdhesive Silicone Potting Compound is a two-part, 1:1 addition-cure silicone made to protect high-power electronics from heat, moisture, vibration and dust. Its low viscosity lets it flow into tight gaps and around fine components. It then cures without shrinking into a flexible, electrically insulating rubber that stays elastic from -50°C to 200°C. It cures at room temperature, or in minutes with heat, which suits automated production lines. Choose the thermal conductivity your design needs: 0.87, 1.0, 1.6, 2.0 and 3.0 W/m·K grades come with downloadable data sheets. It is ideal for LED drivers, power supplies, automotive electronics, transformers and control modules. All grades are RoHS compliant, and we develop custom grades for your application.
