Thermal Grease
AceAdhesive Thermal Grease is a non-curing, silicone-based thermal compound that fills the microscopic air gaps between heat-generating components and heat sinks, so heat flows away quickly and your devices run cooler and last longer. It stays soft for easy rework, provides reliable electrical insulation, and performs across a wide temperature range. Standard grades of 1.0, 1.6 and 2.0 W/m·K come with downloadable data sheets, while 0.87, 2.5 and 3.0 W/m·K grades, and higher grades up to 5 W/m·K, are supplied on request. We also develop specialised formulations for the needs of your industry and application, from LED lighting and power supplies to automotive and industrial electronics.
